Our rules are simple to follow so as not to complicate things and we don’t pretend to own the content we feature. (unless they are our own productions of course).

• Do add music and music related stuff. You know like bands playing in your local venue or you and your mates at a gig. That kind of stuff.

• Anyone can register on the site but if you are found to be breaking our terms we do reserve the right to suspend your membership.
• We are sure some of you will use an AKA but don’t use the community features of our site to spread propaganda that may offend others
• Don’t arrange to meet someone you have met on our site (or any site for that matter) unless you are absolutely sure you know that person. If you are at all unsure then go with an adult (or a big friend) and arrange to meet in a very public place. Like a gig!
• We don’t claim to own any of the content that you upload. Videos, Logos, words etc, but we will assume that you have uploaded it with the true owners permission and that they have allowed you to.
• You should also be aware that as we grow and our website becomes more popular we may place advertisements on our site and you or the owner of the content you uploaded will have no claim to the revenue we may generate from such activity.
• We may also use the material that you upload to our website for our own promotional use and you agree that we can do this without any limitation, worldwide and in perpetuity.
• We do encourage you to copy the embed codes next to the videos on our site and embed them into other websites, blogs and forums to spread the gospel about what we are doing and you understand and agree that if you get asked to remove that content from that website this is your own responsibility and we will not be held liable for any legal action the owner(s) of that website may take against you.

Being the owners of this website we are entitled to write this small disclaimer…

While we endeavour to maintain this site in the best possible working condition at all times there may be the odd occasion when things go a little wrong and we have to take our site off line or things may appear a little stranger than normal.

We will be working hard to put things right and therefore during these times we ask that you understand and respect the pains we are going through to correct things.

We will at all times try and make this website a fun place to be and if you feel that the quality does not meet your expectations then we understand if you want to leave our community and seek your entertainment elsewhere.
